5th flight [Text/ Action for travel buddies]

A fighting tournament? Okay, I'm in. Seems unfair to make the pokemon do all the fighting.

Oh! Ye mean one o' those big ol' purpley flyer types? I got one o' those back when they was all here there and around the place! Wrestled 'im out o' the air, I did, and got a real bit scratched up fer it!

Even got a couple o' scars, and I never got real scars in all me years o' fightin'!

That's pretty impressive. Steve was trying to protect his pokemon and forgot he doesn't own an indestructible shield here. His arm got torn up pretty bad.

So, wait, did you actually jump on top of him while he was flying and literally wrestle him out of the sky?

Yeesh, 'spose that means he'll not be fightin' in the tourney, then. Those claws 'n teeth go in deep, they do.

Aye, I did! [This is with the most shit-eating grin he can muster.] Ye remember the big ol' tower in Violet - the one with the bridge an' the pond an' all? Skittered all high and tall on top o' that and jumped off onta one o' the big purpley boyos!

[And then he laughs.]

Lucky he didn' land on top o' me when we hit the ground! I managed t' throw 'im off me inta the water and that was how come I got 'im inta one o' the little catchy-ball thingers.

Yeah. Steve's my normal sparring buddy when he isn't all banged up, and I meet up with Yusuke whenever we're in the same town. Other than that just my morning workouts. What about you?

Been travellin' with Urameshi, so he's been keepin' me on me toes! Aside from that, I was sparrin' with me little buddy while he was here, but...
