4th Flight [Video/ Action for party members]

[It's early, but Carol doesn't mind. She's always been an early raiser, more so now that she actually has to work out to keep up her strength.

She's doing one armed pull ups on a nearby branch when her Pachirisu, Blitz, grabs her pokegear and starts filming. He's rather proud of his trainer. Look at her muscles!

Assuming she goes uninterrupted she finishes her set of 50 and falls to the ground to start push ups. It's only when she's done around 20 that she notices the electric squirrel holding the camera. Looking up she smirks (but does not stop her workout)]

Blitz, what are you doing? No one wants to watch this.

[Anyone watching will see her switch to one handed pushups so she can reach out and switch off the gear, taking it from the squirrel who then climbs up on her back to curl up between her shoulder blades.

After an hour's work the gear comes back on. She's sitting by a small pond near where they camped the night before, having just used it to wash up a bit]

Sorry about that, guys. I'm not sure how to take videos off the network yet. Apparently Blitz thought it'd be a good idea to televise my morning workout.

Even if you didn't mean to put it on the network, it's really impressive! Do you train like that everyday? It reminds me of someone I knew who was that sort of dedicated.

Really? There's not too many people who do this kind of thing every morning. Were they an athlete?

Mm! Sakura-chan was definitely an athlete. She was a Super High School Level fighter. She was the strongest person I ever met.

[There's a wistful little note to her voice as she talks about it.]

Super High School Level, huh? That's pretty impressive. Is she here?

Even more impressive than it sounds too! We used to train together, for a little while anyway, even if there was no way I'd ever be as strong as she was.

[At that question though, she falls quiet a moment.] Well, no. But... but since some of my other friends from home are here, maybe Sakura-chan could come too, someday.

[She hopes, against all sorts of hopes.]

The most you can do is hope. You never know. It seems like people are drawn here when people they know are here.

That's... mm! That's the best thing to do I think, is to keep hoping! And I really do hope that's true. A lot of my classmates are here already, so it could definitely happen!

[She pauses.] Are there a lot of people from your home here?

Kind of? It's a little weird. Two people are here, but they're from a different universe than I am, so they don't know me, but I know them.

That's... [Hang on a second.] That sounds really confusing. I mean, some of my friends here are from the past, but it's the same past I lived through.

That must be hard, to have friends who don't recognize you.

I've had experience with alternate universes before so it wasn't that bad.

But yeah, it is a little hard at times.

Really? Even before coming here?

[Color her shocked.] I never even imagined anything like different universes or worlds existing. Not for real. I mean, sometimes in a movie it'd come up I guess.

But... even if it's hard, you've gotten to know them now, right? I kind of know how that is. Since someone messed with our memories, my classmates and me don't remember knowing each other even though we did.

Yeah. Things got weird back home sometimes.

[This girl seems like she's been through a lot more than just high school and the death of her friend.]

Messed with your memories before you got here?

Mm. I know that feeling too. But... you got through it, right?

[Asahina hesitates, but she nods.]

That's right. Before we got here someone took away the memories we had of our years being classmates and friends, so that we all believed we were strangers when we woke up trapped in the school.

We didn't. Not yet anyway, so that's why it's the most important to make new good memories here.
